Give your cocktail a zesty twist with help from a little marmalade and vodka.
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 4-5 tbsp dark, bitter marmalade
- 1 litre vodka
- Put the marmalade into a large lidded or preserving glass jar. Then, pour over the litre of vodka and leave for two weeks, returning to shake occasionally.
- Strain and pour into bottles.
