When and where is Green Man 2016?

The Green Man Festival, now in its 14th year, will return to the scenic mountain setting of Brecon Beacons in Wales from 18 - 21 August.

Who is on the line-up?

Scottish indie-pop group Belle and Sebastian are headlining the event as part of a summer tour that includes two dates at London's Royal Albert Hall and a stint at the Low Festival in Benidorm. Mercury Award-winning musician James Blake and Cumbrian indie rock group Wild Beasts are also on the line-up, as is American singer-songwriter Ezra Furman.

There will be a range of other events taking place too - there will be a comedy tent and a holistic therapy retreat, as well as events especially for children. More details on the line-up will be released soon.

How do I get tickets?

Tickets go on sale from Tuesday, 26 January on the Green Man website. You can also apply to be a steward through the website - meaning you can exchange a ticket for shifts of work at the festival during the weekend.

What can we expect?

Green Man is known for its hippyish, ethical approach, but it's also gaining a reputation for some brilliant live performances: Hot Chip and St Vincent were some of the highlights from last year's event, and Green Man won the Best Festival Award at the 2015 Live Music Business Awards.
