Laura Foster says: “Dan Berger of Ace Hotel in Shoreditch drew on golf as inspiration for his cocktail Green Day, for which Glenmorangie Lasanta was paired with burnt applewood syrup, Peychaud’s bitters, orange bitters and sea salt, before being smacked with a sprig of pine and garnished with apple – giving those fresh green aromas Dan thought you enjoyed on the golf course.”

The Green Day

  • 10ml burnt applewood syrup

  • Pinch of sea salt
