What tariff am I on?
Your current tariff information can be found on a copy of your latest bill from your current supplier. If you have never switched energy before, it is very likely that you are on your current provider's standard tariff.

How can I maximise my savings?
Generally speaking, suppliers offer their greater savings to customers who choose to pay by monthly direct debit and handle their billing online. However, if you prefer to pay on receipt of bill and receive paper statement don't let this put you off. There are still great savings to be made by switching and you can specify your billing preferences as you make your choices.
What tariffs are available?
There are different tariffs for all payment methods including monthly direct debit, pay on receipt of bill and prepayment meters. You can also see tariffs for Economy 7 customers, green and environmentally friendly deals, as well as single-fuel gas or electricity customers.
