There are 34 Premier League fixtures to enjoy over the Christmas and New Year period, and while many Telegraph Fantasy Football managers will be enjoying family time, opening presents and singing carols, a handful will be staring at their Private League tables wondering where it all went wrong.

The good news is, with so many matches crammed into such a short space of time, a little bit of preparation now could see you shoot up the table and be sitting a whole lot prettier come 2018. Here's your fixture round-up and a few transfer tips to help you out, organised by scoring game weeks.

We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you for playing all of our games throughout 2017. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Transfer tip

A quick glance at the Week 20 line-up and you can't help but fear for Bournemouth. Manchester City are on fire, the Cherries are for the picking and £4.6m rated RAHEEM STERLING is the man you want in your team. He scored against Eddie Howe's side back in Week 3, has 11 league goals for the season and is bang in form after scoring twice against Spurs last time out. What's more, the majority of Bournemouth's first team were in Carabao Cup action on Wednesday night, suffering a defeat at the hands of Chelsea, while Sterling and co. were rested as City's, er-hem, second team battled past Leicester to book a place in the semies. Two sides coming into this game with significantly different momentum.

Transfer tip

A monster of a game week with 24 fixtures on the agenda. Interestingly, while Spurs only feature once, Manchester United and Liverpool will be in action three times each. In fact, both United and 'Pool play two of their three at home, all against teams much lower than them in the division. Therefore, you'll want to bring in ROMELU LUKAKU and PHILIPPE COUTINHO. Rest assured, you'll be rewarded with points.
