The diet and fitness trends Telegraph beauty editors' are trying now...plus, 32 recommended beauty products

Spring time is upon us and with it, we're ready to dust out our make-up bag and bathroom cabinet in favour of lighter textures, fresher shades and a rundown of the new, improvedĀ products we'll be wedded to throughout summer.
Annabel Jones, acting Beauty Director The new-season look: Bright lips
This is the first summer Iāve been obsessed with bright lips, but finding the right red is tricky. So that it looks youthful and modern, Iām contrasting matt lipstick with glowy skin, leaving my eyes coated in no more than a smear of cream bronzer, with a pop of highlighter in the corners and just below my brow bone.
Try:
My spring make-up update
Rouge G de Guerlain Customisable Lipstick in shade 40, Ā£26, Guerlain. When Iām not wearing a red lip, this coral is my shade of choice. The formulation is made with cumin- seed oil, which keep lips hydrated and never feeling cakey.
MyĀ skincare heroĀ
Turmeric Brightening & Exfoliating Mask, Ā£43, Kora Organics.Ā This makes myĀ skin feels like a polished pebbleĀ every time I use it. Itās truly the best skin investmentĀ Iāve made all year.
The body product I love
Skin Food Body Butter, Ā£18.95, Weleda. While thick and nourishing on my dry skin, it doesnāt leave a greasy film. And because the consistency is semi-solid, itās portable, which is oneĀ of my non-negotiables.
The healthy eating service I'm trying
The Pure Package meal-delivery service to sort out my gut health (from Ā£39.95 per day). Opting for gluten- and dairy-free, Iāve got a bespoke menu packed with fibre-rich vegetables. The result? More energy andĀ a flatter tummy.Ā
My favourite spring scent
Pas Ce Soir, Ā£150 for 100ml edp, BDK Parfums. This scent was apparently inspired by a mysterious Parisian woman. Knowing this alone makes it appealing to me. Plus, itās warm, fruity and totally addictive.
My new nail colour
Sole Mate, Ā£7.99, Essie. This is reminiscent of ā90s nail hero Chanel Rouge Noir (which is still great BTW), and has the appeal of being both classic and edgy at the same time.
Marianne Jones, editor of Stella
The new-season look: Peach Tones
Iām the most boring person in the world when it comes to eye make-up ā if itās brown Iāll have it ā but Iāve been coaxed out of my comfort zone by corals and peaches. I thought they might lookĀ either bonkers or too young, but the pop of colour is surprisingly flattering. Just keep the lips neutral or you will look a bit crazy!
My skincare heroĀ
Retinol Ceramide Capsules Night Serum, Ā£42, Elizabeth Arden. Feels like liquid silk on your face and it really helps my dryness and dehydration.Ā
My favourite spring scentĀ
Orange Blossom Cologne, Ā£98 for 100ml, Jo Malone.Ā I always change my scent as soon as we hit April and I canāt get enough of this ā itās like the sunĀ in a bottle.
Ā Where I'mĀ working out
Whenever I feel ātired but wiredā I have a session of restorative yoga with Nahid De Belgeonne (goodvibesfitness.co.uk). She eases your body into positions that switch off your mind completely. Iāve never experienced such deep calm.Ā
My new nail colourĀ
The Nail Lacquer in Light Blue, Ā£21, Dolce & Gabbana. I never do a red nail ā it feels too serious and corporate for me. This blue is so pretty and actually goes with most things in my wardrobe.
The body product I loveĀ
Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil, Ā£29.50, Nuxe. I recently went to Paris and bought three of bottles of this. I use it every day and it leaves my skin with a lovely sheen that isnāt sticky.
My spring make-up update
Touche Eclat Le Teint, Ā£35, Yves Saint Laurent. The best foundation ever invented ā my shade is Beige Rose 50, if youāre interested.
Dominique Temple, beauty editor
The new-season look: Hair accessories
I am a huge fan of hair accessories. Whether itās a simple ribbon, embellished clips or a bold hat for a wedding ā Iām obsessed! So itās no surprise that Chanelās beachy waves (above) and pearly embellished clip (below) make up my go-to look this summer. Itās ethereal with an edge ā just the way I like my hair.Ā
At my desk
The Rejuvenating Hand Serum, Ā£95, La Mer. I was once told you should apply hand cream as often as you answer your phone ā so Iāve done just that ever since. This serum sits Ā on my desk and yes, I do have very soft hands.Ā
My favourite spring scent
LāEau dāIssey Shade of Sunrise, Ā£44Ā for 90ml edt,Ā Issey Miyake. I love spring fragrances ā I can never choose just one, but Iāve been wearing this ever since it landed on my desk a few weeks ago. It has a mix of salty and sweet notes, which means it lingers on your skin, but is also fresh in all the right ways.
Where I'm working out
Iāve recently started Core Collectiveās Lift + Row class, Ā£22Ā and Iām hooked! Itās the perfect balance of core work, strength training and cardio. Iāve really noticed a difference in my body after just a few classes.Ā
My spring make-up update
LāAbsolu Rouge Spring Collection Limited Edition Lip Colour in Hemeur Nude, Ā£25.50, LancĆ“me. I have two orĀ three of these scattered betweenĀ my desk, handbag and home.Ā Itās the perfect shadeĀ whatever the occasion.Ā
My skincare heroĀ
Ultimate Cleanse, Ā£48,Ā Sarah Chapman. I cannot live without this cleansingĀ balm. It sloughs away stubborn make-up and leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean.Ā
The body productĀ I loveĀ
Self Tan Bronzing Water Gel, Ā£33, St Tropez. This product sold out the day it launched and Iām not surprised. Itās brilliant. It goes on like water and dries into a subtle gorgeous glow. I am the worst DIY tanner in the world, and even I haveĀ no streaks.

The new-season look: The top knot
A cool-girl top knot is my ultimate up-do because itās low-maintenance and looks the part. This summer, Iām freshening up my look Ć la Sam McKnightās Fendi bun. Want to do the same? Embrace a messy texture and learn to love your flyaways.
My favourite nail hangout
Townhouse on Great Portland Street is hands-down the best place for grown-up spring nail designs (from Ā£52). Iām currently sporting the lightning bolts. And, if youāre not London-based, the salonās InstagramĀ @mytownhouseuk is an excellent source of inspiration.
My favourite spring scentĀ
Blanche Kabuki Perfume, £42, Byredo. Great to take on a flight because you can dust the fragranced powder on to your wrists instead of spritzing in a confined space. It smells crisp and is a lovely pick-me-up.
The body product I loveĀ
Frangipani Monoi Salt Glow, Ā£40.50, Elemis. Just the thing for a little light exfoliation, especially on āwinter legsā in need of some extra TLC. Itās blended with monoi oil, so will moisturise and soften.
Where I'm working out
Ā Pilates ā itās pretty much the only workout Iām goodĀ at and makes me feel suppleĀ and smug every time. YouTubeĀ is a font of knowledge and enables a DIY workoutĀ that you can do atĀ home. Easy.
My spring make-up update
Infra-Red Eye Shadow Palette, £36.50, Bobbi Brown. Eight summer shades including a brightening champagne, warm bronze and  hazy terracotta, all of which will perk up eyes in an instant.
MyĀ skincare hero
Mineral Sunscreen Glow, £36, Soleil Toujours. This is light and silky and has a pretty golden undertone that gives a gorgeous glow. Plus, it means you can forgo your highlighter.
